I am Christian McVeigh, Owner of F1 Technology and this little man, is my boy Archie who loves hanging out with me in the Young Flying Group’s Cessna 172.

About our Service
F1 Technology was established by Christian McVeigh in 2006 in Young, NSW to service the IT needs of small to medium businesses in regional NSW with the aim of providing a more comprehensive support service than that offered by computer retailers.
Due to the convergence of IT and telecommunications in 2009 a communications division was added to the business. This division was created to better serve the needs of our clients by providing a complete solution for IP telephony that could take ownership and responsibility for all connectivity requirements.
In 2014 the business relocated to Canberra to better serve a growing client base in this region.
Today we continue doing what we do best: answering client queries promptly, rapidly resolving support problems, implementing reliable systems and remaining at the cutting edge of business technology.
Over more than a decade the needs of our clients and the challenges they face have changed but our commitment to our clients to provide responsive, professional and expert advice has only strengthened.
F1 Technology currently services businesses in Canberra and Sydney as well as various locations across regional NSW with regular visits to clients in Orange, Wagga, Young, Temora and Grenfell.
We are experts in computers, workstations, software, servers, security, networks, switches, routers, internet, NBN, VPN, cloud, Azure, AWS, Office 365, business telephones, PABX, IP telephony, SIP or VoIP.
For a fixed monthly fee and no lock in contracts we take total care of your business IT and communications needs.
When a new client engages our services there is usually a list of outstanding problems that need to be resolved and we agree on a time frame to have outstanding issues resolved and then we get to work.
If there is equipment that needs to be replaced or upgraded we provide cost estimates and priorities to help you budget for this expenditure and we work with you to develop a timeline for this work.
Typically documentation is out of date, there are holes in security, data protection and issues with reliability. We address these items as a matter of urgency.
Once everything is finely tuned we provide the following on an ongoing basis:

• Answers to all of your questions in relation to information technology, communications, websites, domains, hosting, cloud
• 24 x 7 monitoring of your network equipment, servers and workstations
• Prompt resolution of any it or communications faults that arise
• Eset endpoint antivirus for all of your workstations and servers
• Spam and virus filtering of every incoming and outgoing email
• Offsite backup of your critical business data
• Scheduled software updates for windows and all other applications (i.e. office, java, adobe reader)
